A white linen sheet set in 100% linen at 170 GSM.
What's in the set
Set composition varies by size — the size selector above lists the exact pieces included (fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases).
What you choose inside the set
A set is not a fixed box. The selector carries three choices, and two of them are the ones people usually make separately: the pocket depth for the fitted sheet — 10, 14, 18 or 22 inches — and the pillowcase style, housewife, Oxford or ruffled. Pick the plain case for sleeping or the bordered one for a made bed; the price is the set price either way.
The pieces are cut from the same panel, which is the practical argument for buying them together rather than one at a time: they soften at the same rate and reach the same color at the same time. What is in a set varies by size, so the selector above is the only place that lists it exactly. US sizes; the size guide converts them.
The fabric
100% linen at 170 GSM, European, medium weight, the same panel across every piece in the set.
Care
Wash before first use — cold water, delicate cycle. The set is cut 3–5% oversized to absorb the natural shrinkage of linen; it settles to nominal size after 1–2 cold washes. For ongoing care, machine wash at 40 °C (104 °F) on a delicate cycle. Tumble dry low. Oxygen bleach is safe for white linen; do not use chlorine bleach. Ironing is not necessary; linen carries a soft crease naturally. Full details: linen care guide.
Certification and origin
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified — the fabric and thread are tested for substances that affect skin and lungs. The flax is European; every piece is cut and sewn in our own workshop near Riga, Latvia — not subcontracted, not relabelled from elsewhere.
Common questions
Should I wash this before first use?
Yes. New linen should always be washed before first use — cold water, delicate cycle. The set ships oversized and settles to nominal size after 1–2 cold washes.
Does linen shrink?
Yes — natural fibers shrink. Expect 3–5%. This set is cut oversized to absorb that, so the final fit matches the size you ordered.
Does white linen yellow over time?
Not with normal care. White linen yellows when stored damp or when bleached with chlorine. Wash, dry fully, store dry. Oxygen bleach is safe for occasional brightening.
