White linen bedding from LinenOwl — duvet covers, fitted and flat sheets, pillowcases (housewife, oxford, ruffle, frilled, doubled ruffle), and tailored bed skirts. Every piece is cut and sewn in our workshop near Riga from 170 GSM European linen.
The white. Bleached to a clean white — bright, but never clinical. The fabric softens with each wash and holds the color with normal care. Yellowing is avoided by drying fully and storing dry; oxygen bleach is safe for occasional brightening.
The fabric. Medium-weight 170 GSM European linen. Breathable in summer, insulating in winter. Naturally absorbent, releases moisture quickly. The flax is European; cut and sewn in our Latvian workshop. No subcontracting.
Sizes. EU and US standard mattress and pillow sizes are listed on each product. Bed-skirt drop heights and pillowcase styles vary per SKU.
Care. Wash before first use — cold water, delicate cycle. Settles after 1–2 cold washes. Ongoing care at 40 °C. Oxygen bleach safe for white linen; no chlorine bleach.
Certification. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 — fabric and thread tested for substances that affect skin and lungs.
